Even though all their bays were full with cars and the parking lot was full, the mechanic said “just a second while I wash my hands”. He returned within minutes. He took care of my emissions test and presented me with a hardcopy of the results. He was efficient, professional, and cordial. I now have a new garage to take my vehicles to.
